This year was a big year for Whale as we were recognized as finalist for 17 different supply chain awards, and brought home 13 of these awards as Winner. We couldn't be happier to see all of our team's hard work being recognized on a global scale; a testament to the strong business model and community we have that delivers our 6 Star Service.

Opened Our First Warehouse in Ingleburn
We added a major vertical to our business this year, offering warehousing, 3PL, and distribution services for our eCommerce and warehousing clients. Since its opening in July 2019, our Ingleburn office and warehouse has expanded our business and added more value to our existing and future clients' service.
Our goal for the new year is to expand our geological footprint into other cities in Australia, with a new office opening in Melbourne in 2020.
New Website Launched
This year, we also launched our new website that reflected our growth and commitment to digital technology. We added the ability to pay invoices online, along with call and form submission features that helps you understand our process a bit better.
Launched Vision Technologies
We also launched Vision Supply Chain Technologies this year, our digital arm of Whale Logistics. Our first acquisition was the Gravity Supply Chain product which we currently have exclusive rights in Australia. The Vision Technology arm aims to promote our digital-focused way of doing business in the supply chain industry, and revolutionize freight forwarding. More to come in 2020 as we are currently in the midst to expand our product range for Vision Supply Chain Technology.
